Intrigued by the world of wearables, I decided to explore how I would integrate home automation tasks into an Android Wear device. This exercise resulted in 2 sets of UI concepts: a status dashboard based on a round Motorola Moto 360 for receiving alerts and controlling a smart thermostat and lights, and an interaction guide and Invision prototype for interfacing with a smart lock, alarm and video monitoring system, based on a more traditional rectangular form factor.
